DJ SELECTION
A curated selection by Mario Valente — making good music visible in a world full of noise.
Music is Art, Not Goods
Music is one of humanity's oldest and most powerful forms of expression. It is not a product to be manufactured, packaged and sold on a shelf. It is a living conversation between artists and the people who listen — a transmission of emotion, culture, and meaning that transcends language and borders.
The commodification of music has created barriers where there should be bridges. We believe that treating music purely as a commercial asset diminishes its value as a cultural force. Art deserves to breathe freely.
Sharing is Freedom
When you share a track with a friend, you are not taking anything away — you are multiplying joy. Culture has always spread through sharing: a cassette passed between friends, a mixtape left on a doorstep, a song hummed in a hallway. This is how music lives and grows.
DJ SELECTION exists to celebrate that tradition. We share because we love, and because we believe the artists who create beautiful work deserve to be heard by as many people as possible — not locked behind walls that only money can open.
Our Mission
We curate the best of Techno, House, Deep House, Melodic Techno, Organic House and beyond — handpicked tracks that push creative boundaries and deserve to be heard. Our goal is simple: surface quality music for people who care deeply about what they listen to.
Subscriptions help us maintain the platform and dedicate the time needed to keep the selection sharp, honest and alive. We are grateful for every listener who supports this work.
"Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything."
— Plato
